we offer hands-on training, one-on-one sessions with FDM Staff and Super Users, and the opportunity to network with your peers.

Fees include:

Accommodation
The special conference rate at The Sutton Place Hotel is $152 per night, plus applicable taxes. For your convenience, FDM has blocked a number of rooms at this rate. Reservations must be made prior to Friday, September 26 to ensure the special rate. After this date, the hotel will continue to accept reservations on a space-available basis at current available rates.
Reservation Procedures
Individual call-in – Reservations should be made on an individual call-in basis. To receive the special rate, please make sure that you ask for the FDM Software Conference rate. Reservations can be made by the following methods:

Changes or cancellations for individual reservations must reach the Sutton Place Hotel Reservations Department 48 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid penalty of one night's room rate plus tax.
Apply for our FDM Scholarship
Apply now for our annual FDM Scholarship. Now in its 5th year, the selected agency receives a complimentary registration for
this year's Education Conference (two days of training plus one day of conference).
If you would like your Department to be considered, please send your contact information along with a brief (100 word) explanation of why your Department should be selected.
Please note that the scholarship applies only to Education Conference registration fees. The recipient is responsible for travel, accommodation, meals, and related costs.
