FDMrb
FDM has a great new tool. FDMrb can be used to generate customized and formatted
professional looking reports. The FDM Report Builder allows users to perform data access,
report layout and report output activities. Now you can create and modify reports
yourself in an easy-to-use, dynamic visual interface. You are encouraged to experiment
with FDMrb to create reports that fit your agency.
The FDMrb Guide provides in-depth assistance in completing many tasks using FDMrb.
Training classes are now being offered to help you utilize some of the more
advanced features. Need reports right away? FDM staff is currently creating a set of
templates of standard fire department reports that will be available on the website for
downloading. Approximately 20 reports have already been completed with more reports due to
be finished later this spring. Contact FDM for more details on the new FDMrb Reports.
The key benefits of the FDMrb report writer include:
- Create and perform advanced statistical calculations.
- Ability to report on multiple tables in the database.
- Easily export reports to a variety of file formats, including Excel, PDF, HTML, XHTML, and
Rich Text Format (RTF).
